Movement, trust, belonging

Sport that starts where home begins

Hemmaplans Sociala Idrottsforening creates safe, structured spaces in Malmö where children, teenagers, and families can build confidence, routines, and community through everyday sport.

Director Hedvig Jakobsson leads a community-first model that combines open training sessions, school outreach, and leadership pathways for young people.

Why it works

Built around trust before performance

Our model starts locally, with consistent adults, known places, and a schedule families can count on. That makes participation realistic for young people who are often excluded from formal club structures.

By combining sport with relational work, we make each session a point of connection: a place to practice teamwork, strengthen confidence, and create pathways into longer-term education and leadership.
